Harvest
The grapes are harvested when they reach aromatic maturity. They are picked at night to preserve their freshness and aromas.
Winemaking
Crushing and total destemming. Skin maceration. Gentle pressing of the grapes at low temperature. Cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats to preserve the aromas. Aging on fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with crystalline highlights. Fresh and expressive nose with white fruit and floral notes. The palate is refined and tangy, dominated by notes of pear, acacia blossom, and a lemony finish.
