Harvest

The grapes are harvested when they reach aromatic maturity.

Winemaking

Crushing and total destemming. Gentle pressing of the grapes at low temperature. Cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats to preserve the aromas.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is fresh and aromatic with notes of exotic fruits and white-fleshed fruits. Delicious and fruity on the palate with a nice balance between sweetness and fruit.
